Let's gather with like minded friends as we unite body, mind and breath. Each week, we'll stretch and strengthen through a series of Hatha yoga poses. We will then move into Yoda nidra (yogic sleep) for complete relaxation and to take the practice to a deeper level. We'll conclude with meditation. Sound energy will be integrated into class.

In these private sessions, we'll apply the key foundations of yoga to address relatable, modern day struggles. It will equip you with ways to respond to life's challenges with more balance, strength and ease. Whether you have been practicing yoga for years or have just begun, these sessions will help you gain a greater understanding of the depth of yoga and how it can benefit you in your work, play, relationships and personal growth. Stretching deeper, we won't be engaging in a physical practice when we meet, but instead, expanding by stretching our minds and spirits through the exploration of the ancient wisdom of yoga as applied to our modern lives.

This session is a combination of ancient and modern healing modalities that provide the ultimate relaxing, rebalancing, rejuvenating and harmonizing experience. At a minimum, each session includes sound therapy (tuning forks, sound wave chair, Tibetan and Crystal Singing bowls, gong bath, etc.) vibroacoustic mat, and Reiki. Self-Investment: $70; Approximately 60 minutes.
Relax and renew, with the opportunity to take your practice to the next level. Find your favorite place in your home where you can be present in comfort. I’ll guide you through a guided nidra and meditation. We’ll begin with a calming breathing technique before moving into Yoga Nidra, an ancient practice from the yoga tradition. Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is an effortless state of being, experienced in a reclined position, that invites complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. With its many profound benefits, we will use it to deepen our practice.We will then move into a seated guided meditation, and then a session of silent meditation.Your seesion will conclude with a closing affirmation. You’ll leave feeling in harmony, balanced, inspired and at peace.

I’ll listen, be fully present and pose beautiful questions to support your growth. I'll share yoga, meditation, breathing , creativity and lifestyle techniques to help initiate your own healing and well being and to unleash your full potential. If you are stuck and struggling, I have found the gentle wisdom of yoga to be a source of great strength and comfort and I look forward to sharing it with you.

Inspired, in part, by my upcoming book, "The Wisdom of the Wild," I'll share the fascinating world of nature and the lessons we can glean, with yoga philosophy, to help you to live the most peaceful, beautiful and joyful life. In this interactive discussion, we'll ask beautiful questions, which will help us to take a closer look at Nature, both around us and within. Enjoy nurturing your inner nature as you experience yoga immersed in outer nature. We'll stretch, strengthen and balance on our nature yoga deck at the studio or another place in the wild. Gather a small group of friends and we will hold classes that fit your schedule. $12 per person. One hour classes.
Nurture your inner nature as you experience yoga and meditation immersed in outer nature. We'll move through short series of yoga poses to prepare for meditation. You'll then be guided through a meditation session and then silent meditation on our outdoor nature yoga deck along the river at Balancing Arts studio at the Arts M ill in Grafton.

When you are comfortable, join us in group or private classes and sessions. We gather at the Arts Mill Yoga and Well Being Studio, 1300, 14th Ave. I have an energy therapy room, yoga studio, an area for teacher trainings and satsang, as well as an outdoor nature deck where we practice yoga and sit in meditation alongside the river.
I offer online/virtual offerings and coaching sessions as well.
